I was fortunate enough to be invited to assist and teach at the first annual Recovery Yoga Retreat with Julie Lowes. Unfamiliar of its location (Vernonia Springs), I was more than pleasantly surprised. This location is serene, beautiful and lush. The haybale lodge at Vernonia Springs is a piece of art and accommodated our entire retreat with ease. The food Julie created was organic, healthy and plentiful. I can’t wait for the 2016 retreat! I called Steve (Konwent, SNMC) on the recommendation of a friend. Steve (Security National Mortgage) was very knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. He helped immensely with the purchase of our new home. He even helped me improve my credit score so I could get a better rate. I was very impressed with Steve through the whole process. We wish to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to David Myers (Myers Harbor Law PLLC) for his professional support in modifying our Trust to be compliant with WA laws and to provide us an updated Codicil to our Wills. He acted in a timely manner and completed the requested amendments to our satisfaction. David answered all of our questions and amended our Trust/Wills to be consistent with our requests. He fee was very reasonable. We intend to use David’s law practice again when needed. We recommended all persons to use his expertise in any family law matter requirements.
My husband and I had a really great time staying at the Lakeside Pines. There were eagles, elk calls, and beautiful peaceful scenery. The home was clean, inviting, and well equipped. We watched a couple of videos provided as well as read through a few of the books on hand. You can tell the owners love this place and still visit often. The most impressive part was probably the management company All Seasons Vacation Rental. Awesome! The place was clean, and there were so many touches throughout the cabin that made our stay wonderful. The lights and heat were on along with quiet music awaiting our arrival. There was a letter on the table addressed to me that gave a more personal “welcome” to the cabin as well as a slimmed down version of nearby restaurant recommendations that we really appreciated. We have stayed at many places, and this was the best management company All Seasons we have ever experienced (Five Stars). Our five night stay was very relaxing at Tiger Lilly Lodge (Cle Elum). There was more than enough room for the four of us in this well appointed cabin/chalet. It was as described. We all liked the way Roslyn Ridge is tucked away off the beaten path, though not too far away. It was enjoyable to sit on the porch and watch the evening sky, let alone listen to its quietness. Our stay was not only a chance to vacation with family, which we do not see very often, it was also a chance to celebrate a life that was almost taken away last year.
